The rosé wines of Navarra are widely known. They are very different from the other Spanish rosé wines.

They are always elaborated with red grapes, usually Garnacha vine through the method of "sangrado" that is to say that once the wine has taken the colour and the tannins wanted, the solid part is separated from the liquid one: the must is taken away and fermented without its skin.

The result of this type of fermentation is a wine with personality, shiny, with raspberry colour, intense fragrances, dry and elegant in mouth.

All the rosés are young wines which best moment of consumption is the year after their coming out in the market.
